Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Kreadiv Next ("the Service") is booking and business software operated by Kreadiv. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity that happens under your login. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be at least 18 years old to open an account.

3. Free trial and subscriptions

• New businesses get a 30-day free trial. No card is required to start.
• When the trial ends, you must start a paid subscription to keep using the business workspace. Your public booking page and your data remain intact while you decide.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Promotional pricing (for example the graduate rate) applies for the stated number of months, after which standard pricing resumes.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Venovax Pay and client payments

Venovax Pay, powered by Stripe, lets you collect deposits and service payments from your clients. Funds are settled directly to the bank account connected to your payout profile. You are the merchant of record for those transactions: you set your prices, deposit rules, cancellation policy and refunds, and you are responsible for taxes on your revenue.

Use of Venovax Pay is also subject to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. A platform fee may be applied to payments processed through the Service; the current rate is shown in your payout settings before you connect.

5. Your clients and their data

Client records, appointments, notes and photos you add belong to you. We process them on your behalf so the Service can function. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and store client information, for the accuracy of the messages you send, and for honouring opt-out requests.

If you connect your own SMS provider (Twilio, Brevo or GatewayAPI), messages send from your account and under your sender identity, using your credits, subject to that provider's terms.

6. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or misleading activity.
• No unsolicited bulk messaging or marketing to people who have not agreed to hear from you.
• No attempts to access other businesses' data, probe our systems, or bypass usage limits.
• No content that infringes someone else's rights, including photos you do not have permission to use.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.

7. Your public page

Your chosen address (for example next.kreadiv.app/yourshop) is licensed to you while your account is active. Some addresses are reserved for platform use. We may reclaim an address that is unused, impersonates another business, or infringes a trademark.

8. Availability

We work hard to keep the Service running, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (payments, email, SMS) and factors beyond our control may cause interruptions.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kreadiv is not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, or indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid in that period.

10. Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may end this agreement with notice, or immediately for a serious breach. On closure you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted from live systems.
